eddie left us this weekend. he decided he had had enough of our antics. he was upset because he thought a 9 year old should be allowed to grow a mustache. he packed his bags, shouted "peace out," and took off to north carolina.he's back now. didn't like being away. actually realized that he does enjoy living in the house with lots of girls and only one boy (his dad) that can understand him. it's ok if he has to watch hannah montana instead of chowder. he can deal with it. he's a man. what's the big deal with having to share his bedroom with a 4 year old brother? at least he has lots and lots of star wars characters to throw.
i'll have to say it was lonely without him. when one is missing, we really feel it. i missed his hugs. i missed his smiles. i missed his "i love you" as he walks out the door. i missed him asking me to scratch his back during sacrament meeting.
so glad you came back eddie. stay forever.
***eddie was invited by his good friend to go to north carolina and visit the nascar headquarters. he met mike walter (he thinks that's his name), and boodie something(he was a pit crew guy.)
