it's like WW3 over here. we are desperately trying to get the house on the market for spring break. which happens in one week. that's seven days. and we have to clean away 7 years of our life. seven years of putting off really cleaning that garage. 7 years of fixing the drywall holes. 7 years of repainting the back deck. yard work. landscaping. window washing. new lights. new floors. new bathroom fixtures.

and i have to say, my husband has earned a new name. ty.
as in ty pennington. he can do anything.

and so can chris.

need a new light fixture, or two, hung? chris can do it. need a bathroom floor re tiled? he's the man. need to find out where the main water shut-off is and it's midnight, and the toilet valve has become faulty after 7 years and you are trying to put the toilet back after re tiling aforementioned bathroom floor and have been meaning to find that water valve for years? i have a man that can do it. need a new look to an old book shelf and window seat? call me. need bricks placed to trace your re-created flower beds? plants planted? or a stone walkway? he even builds chairs.

just don't call now. he's at the soccer fields. eddie has a tournament. and they needed a field marshal.
