Everyone was all nestled under blankets, their heads comfy on soft pillows. Chris had just pressed play and we were set for our Family Movie Night, featuring THE BLACK STALLION.
Then I remembered I thought I saw something about how you were suppose to be really big tonight. So, I said; "Hey, the moon is suppose to be really big tonight. Let's go take a look before the movie starts." It took only a minute to convince everyone.
We looked at you last night. I didn't think you were huge. But you were very bright.

I never thought about writing a letter to the moon before. I remember seeing the moon on Saturday, but I don't recall it being large. I do recall it being very bright. My parents gave us a telescope for Christmas that we should've gotten out, but we didn't. We were too anxious to get the kids in bed.
I've always wanted a telescope. You'll have to tell me how you like it.
